Booking & Deposit
Your booking is confirmed after a 25% deposit. This reserves your date and time.
Cancellation
Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before the shoot.
Within 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.
No-show = full cost of the shoot will be charged.
Delivery Times
Private clients:
- 5–10 business days delivery
- Preview within 24 hours
- Rush delivery (within 48 hours): €25
Events/Business:
- 10 business days delivery
- Rush delivery (within 48 hours): €50
Photos, Editing & Delivery
You will receive the number of photos included in your package.
Additional photos can be purchased.
Editing is tailored to the type and purpose of the shoot (e.g. business or creative).
Photos are delivered via an online client portal (private and business).
For large file deliveries, Google Drive will be used.
USB delivery is available at an additional cost, depending on the required storage size.
Payment
Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.
Usage & Portfolio
The photographer retains copyright at all times.
Photos may be used for personal use or as agreed.
Use of photos for portfolio and promotional purposes is always discussed in advance.
Unforeseen Circumstances
In case of unexpected situations (such as bad weather or illness), the shoot will be rescheduled or a suitable solution will be arranged together.
