Does the perfect photo moment really exist?

According to the weather forecast, the sun was supposed to appear. Instead, the day remained cloudy with a soft layer of mist in the air. In the end, we didn’t miss the sun at all.

The mist created a calm, gentle atmosphere in the images. Intimate, warm and natural. Exactly how the arrival of new life feels.

During a maternity and family shoot, I don’t focus on perfect conditions but on being present in the moment. Moving with what’s there, improvising when needed, and trusting intuition.

This shoot was another reminder that you don’t have to wait for the “perfect photo moment.” Often, the most beautiful images come from real moments, exactly as they unfold.
